These terms apply to your use of pcmediahouse.com and to services you buy from PC Media House. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.
1. Our services
We provide website and app development, SEO and digital marketing, branding and design, business registration, legal and IPR services, and tax and compliance support. Each project’s scope, deliverables, timeline and fee are set out in a written quote or proposal that you accept.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices, not final quotes, and exclude applicable taxes (including GST) and third-party costs such as government fees, domain, hosting, licences and advertising spend. Payment schedules are stated in each proposal.
3. What we need from you
You will give us accurate information, documents, content and approvals on time. Delivery dates move if these are delayed. You confirm that you own or may lawfully use everything you supply.
4. Professional and regulatory work
Filings, registrations and legal documents depend on the information you provide and on decisions by government departments and authorities. We prepare and submit them with reasonable care but cannot guarantee approval, timing or outcome. Our registration and compliance services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate or chartered accountant where such advice is required.
5. SEO and marketing results
Search rankings, traffic and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform decisions. We do not guarantee a specific ranking or result.
6. Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables made for you, such as your website design, content and logo files, as per the terms of the onboarding agreement. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and of any third-party or open-source components, which stay under their own licences. We may show non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business and personal information confidential and use it only to deliver the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Third-party services
We may rely on third-party platforms and providers (hosting, payment, analytics, advertising, government portals). Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost business.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration or dispute clause in a signed agreement.
