- Inquiries: your name, email, phone number, company and project details when you message us on WhatsApp, email, phone, or the website.
- Client records: if you engage us for registration, tax, legal or IPR work, we receive the documents needed to do it, such as identity proofs, PAN, GST and incorporation records, and business details.
- Website usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referral source, collected through Google Analytics and cookies.
We do not take payment card details on this website.
3. Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice services, make filings you ask us to make, meet legal obligations, and understand how the website is used. We use your information on the basis of your consent or another lawful ground under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us operate (website hosting, analytics, messaging and email tools), with government portals and authorities when you ask us to file on your behalf, and where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry data: 24 months. Client records: for the period needed to complete the work and meet legal and professional record-keeping duties: 24 months. We then delete or anonymise it.

The site uses analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.

We use reasonable security practices, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure.
